  When will I learn that although I love Subway no sandwich is worth the frustration this Subway creates. Went through the drive through and I ended up with the wrong sandwich. My fault for not checking before I pulled out of the driveway and just reminded myself to be more diligent and began checking my sandwich before I left on the next few occasions. Sure enough I let my guard down this morning... and got he wrong sandwich again. This time I went back to get the sandwich replaced with what I actually ordered, and the staff response was almost comical if it wasn't so sad. They finally did hand me a sandwich but this time I intentionally didn't bother checking it because by that time I had zero faith in their ability to make a simple sandwich and their attitude made it clear that they treated the sandwich with "special" care... not willing to take that risk. Do yourself a favor and avoid this particular Subway at all costs

  1. Piss-poor attitude. 2. Specifically asked to insure sandwich was sufficiently heated, which it wasn't. 3. Did I mention the piss-poor attitude?

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced! First off got to the drive through at about 5:25. Ordered my food and pulled around to the window where I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to even come and collect the payment. That wasn't the worst part. That award goes to the fact that my sub was flat like someone had dropped it on the floor and stepped on it. I am not the one to go online and complain but I would strongly recommend to NOT and I repeat NOT give this place a visit if you are hungry. I'm very dissatisfied!
