Both the women I spoke with on the phone and the girl that we worked with were extremely nice and very helpful. Setting up the Wedding Tasting appointment was easy, and she told me everything we got with the tasting.

Once we got there, we were treated great! We got everything that was mentioned, and even ended up ordering several more cupcakes both to eat while there and to go. The girl we worked with (Katie, I think??) was super super nice and was great to talk to about all the different flavors and options. Once we started bringing up flavors we thought would be fun, she told us we had a lot of options and showed us some of the other available flavors.

And how can I not mention this: the cupcakes were amazing! I have a sugar tooth the size of Texas so the amount of icing on them was heavenly! I can see how most folks don't particularly have that kind of icing need, but for my tastes, it doesn't get any better. It was neat to have a variety to pick from, and they all tasted incredibly fresh. (And how can I get dibs on the cupcakes not bought by the end of the day???)

Thank you to the crew at Gigi's for making us feel welcome and excited about the experience, and for giving us the much needed sugar rush for the day!

At this specific location, they sell expired beverages (always check the date), have bug traps in every corner of the kitchen, violate countless basic sanitation rules, and occasionally let the occasional fly take a nap on your cupcake in the back.
The owner is very unprofessional, disregards the violations, and if he doesn't want to make something on the menu, he decides not to, leading to many disappointed customers. He is willing to make an employee cry in front of customers...and later reprimand the employee for crying. The manager also finds it acceptable to scream at and threaten to punch employees in the face.

I only have one word for this place: PILLSBURY. Over 60% of those "delicious" cupcakes are simply Pillsbury cake mix and water.

    Which ones in particular?
    Wedding Cake - White Pillsbury
Lemonberry - Yellow Pillsbury with Lemon Jello
Midnight Magic - Pillsbury Devil's Food with Chocolate Chips
Miss Princess - White Pillsbury with Strawberry Jello
Red Velvet - German Chocolate Pillsbury with red dye
Strawberry Shortcake - White Pillsbury with Strawberry Jello
Rootbeer Float - Yellow Pillsbury with Rootbeer Flavoring
Cherry Limeade - White Pillsbury with Cherry Jello
Raspberry Buckle - White Pillsbury with Frozen Raspberries
Lime in the Coconut - White Pillsbury with Frozen Coconut
Orange Sunrise - White Pillsbury with Orange Jello
Candy Bar Crunch - Yellow Pillsbury with Butterfinger

Take that into consideration with future flavors. If it's fruit, white, yellow, or chocolate, it's probably Pillsbury. The mix comes in massive bags with an egg substitute already in it. They just add water.
All of your sugar free options are Pillsbury, too. They just come in boxes you could buy off the shelf of a basic grocery store.
You could make upwards of a dozen of your own Pillsbury cupcakes for the price of ONE of theirs.

The icing is all homemade, but very simple AND improperly stored for safety and sanitation. They are the most simple buttercream or cream cheese frosting recipes, occasionally mixed with cocoa powder, peanut butter, caramel, or bottled extracts. They are all left out on the counter in the temperature danger zone when they should be refrigerated.

The cheesecakes come in frozen, and this establishment sells expired ones, unbeknownst to the customer.

Basically, this place is a HOT MESS since it changed ownership and it will end up going under. So get your fill of $3.25 Pillsbury cupcakes with icing that could make you sick while you can.
P.S. Their cupcakes only cost them $0.70 to make. All sizes of the boxes with inserts are in the $0.50 range. You're getting RIPPED OFF.

Delicious cupcakes. It's easy to overestimate how many you'll eat, they're very heavy.
